I’m scared and it’s only summer. You tell me what happens – I can’t look.

A poll conducted by Suffolk University for USA Today tells us that a whopping 61% of registered voters are “alarmed” about the 2016 presidential election. Pollsters asked, “How do you feel about the election?” And well over half responded: “alarmed.” A mere 23% responded they felt “excited,” and 9% were “bored.”

Bored! Who are those people? If the orange-ish Trumpster doesn’t get your goat then maybe the Hillster will get your gun – just kidding. But for those that like Trump what could be scarier than having Bill back in the White House? How about a feckless media that runs as a herd and whiffs more than T-ballers.

Return of The Shamey Awards

Personally, I’m somewhere between distressed and terrified, which is why I resurrected The Shamey Awards in time for the 2016 presidential campaign, and for sure I’ll dig up some gems from the past. The goal remains the same to shine light on political injustice from lapses of ethics and violations of principles to malicious deceptions and pure propaganda.
